My experience purchasing my new 2027 BMW X2 was exceptional from start to finish. NayColle Wright was the most professional and knowledgeable client advisor I’ve worked with in more than 30 years of buying vehicles. She is truly in the top 1% for customer service and knowledge. Jason Marchant, the Finance Director, worked his magic with the paperwork and helped us more than I could have expected. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Brianna Martinez, the Product Genius, set up the vehicle and walked us through everything we needed to know. She also assured us she would be there if we needed help in the future. I purchased a used Range Rover from NayColle and she has made the experience wonderful. She sent me information and photos prior to me driving around an hour to see the vehicle. She then worked diligently t made the experience wonderful. She sent me information and photos prior to me driving around an hour to see the vehicle. She then worked diligently to ensure a camera was fixed and windshield replaced as a part of my purchase. The service center then did a fantastic job fixing the camera and windshield, works like/looks like new! I will be back because of NayColle in sales and the service departments willingness to fix up the vehicle as a part of my purchase. More
