Overall a good purchase experience, especially post-purchase vehicle technical orientation. Excellent advice from parts department also regarding needed charger accessories. Pre-purchase paperwork could have been more formalized/electronic vs. scanned paperwork. There seemed to be a lack of awareness about the details of BMW.USA financial offers/financing found on the bmw.usa website (not unique to BMW, as I discovered recently at another manufacturer). More

I have dealt with many car salesmen but dealing with NayColle was a pleasure. She was professional and very accommodating to my requests. Sarasota dealership was great and a great offer was made, howeve NayColle was a pleasure. She was professional and very accommodating to my requests. Sarasota dealership was great and a great offer was made, however I decided to buy an another vehicle from another dealer just because the color combination.
