The sales and delivery personell are done after day 1 except for a few follow up calls to check your satisfaction with the transaction and vehicle. After that it's you and the service department. I was assigned Sal Schillaci as my service advisor and he is still with me to this day. I hope this company realizes what an extraordinary person Sal is and how well he represents the company. Sal is proactive not reactive. He does every thing possible to meet my service needs from scheduling, making sure things are done right the first time and advising me on my vehicles needs. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best Sal is a 12. I lived 3 miles from the Dealership. I moved 35 miles away and close to another Audi Dealership, but it is not even a question of where my vehicle will be serviced. In addition I think the prepaid service plan is a bargain. Thanks for making owning an Audi an easy and pleasant experience. More

Also need to note the location of this dealership. It is not on 41 but has the BEST Test Drive Roads and Our Sales Guy Roman can sure drive them. We have never been on such an amazing test drive. Roman sure showed us what an Audi can do. The handling, performance, comfort, etc, etc To be honest we have only had BMW's but go see Roman and let him show you what Audi has to offer. You won't be disappointed. David from Management also helped us out with our questions regarding our financing situation and he was excellent. More
