We had been shopping hard for a clean used Jeep Grand Cherokee and noticed one in their stock. When I called I spoke with Taylor Marshall, and initially asked to ensure the car was a non smoking vehicle. Taylor confirmed and called me back in 10 minutes, and I went to his dealership within the hour. Taylor already had the paperwork including the original window sticker, and a CarFax for review and we took a test drive. The rest his history. Quick, courteous service with a full compliment of support staff helping Taylor. Our only wrinkle was an additional hurdle of having the purchase registered in California under our business name. Taylor and his team coursed though those obstacles for us. Although this purchase was for a used trade in of another brand (Jeep), Taylor and his team have earned our business for future Audi and other needs. I would recommend Audi Fort Myers to anyone!! More

Bryant was absolutely wonderful. He took my keys from me and took the car back to detailing and had them work on it ASAP and they were done within a half hour and my car smells like a brand new car. Since the very beginning, my experience with Bryant has always been the very best that it could possibly be. As long as he is there, I will be an Audi customer! More

Taylor from the start took the time to setup a personal appointment, review the available models and find the right car for me and my wife. I was pleasantly surprised when we were given the opportunity to take the car home for an extended test drive and see if our large dogs would fit adequately. Highly impressed by the personal attention to detail and the great experience so far - looking forward to the next few years owning my new Q7. More
