David listened to what we asked for and didn't try to push for more. The finance guy worked hard at finding us the best deal. Updated on 12-29-20 We have had the car for about two months. When we bought the car (with less than 36,000 miles on it), we trusted our salesman....that we were getting a fairly new vehicle. Dave told us it was a one owner, locally driven vehicle that had been well taken care of. After two weeks of driving the car, we had a couple of lights go on....one for the tires and one for an oil change. When I called the Hyundai service department the guy said they had changed the oil but must’ve forgotten to reset the oil change thing. My husband decided to take the car out to a Honda dealer out by where he works to reset the light and see why the tire light was in. The Honda dealer told us the tires needed to be rotated and the tires needed to be replaced because there was little tread life left. Seeing that the car was fairly new and we only had it a couple of weeks, I called Dave to see if there was a remaining warranty on the tires...and to find out why a “one owner, locally driven vehicle “ would already need new tires. Dave’s response was ... there are no warranties on tires and that is something the buyer should check out when they buy a car. This was the second car I bought from this salesguy in 2 years (the first is a brand new Hyundai for my daughter). I would have expected better from him. There seemed to be very little concern. I want to also add... both times I bought these cars, Dave was quick (within days) to call and see if I had left him a 5 star rating on this Dealer Rater app. The first time he even called to see why I had left a poor rating. When I told him that I didn’t leave a bad rating, he blamed the mix up on his manager. Now I feel like he said what was necessary to get a car sold, make sure we quickly give him a good rating and move on. We still like both our cars...and the finance guy was nice...but I’m not sure about Dave as a salesman . More

We also had a GREAT experience with Jim Miller in finance, as he too made a lasting impression. The facility was clean and the staff was eager to help with all needs. More importantly, It is pretty evident they care for your current AND LONG TERM needs... However, the hot chocolate may have been the selling point. 😊 More

Nicolette Shifflett was completely on her game when I decided I needed help buying a car. She is intelligent and knowledgable about her products. She knew exactly what my needs were and what I was looking for. Nicolette was a joy to work with. She displayed great communication and willingness to listen to me. If you have to buy from a dealership, Nicolette Shifflett is the salesperson you want to work with. She is kind, thoughtful, respectful and an all around down to earth wonderful human. Jim Miller: Made me feel completely comfortable and safe while I was with him. Mr Miller was very knowledgeable about the financial /paperwork end of purchase. He was kind and patient with all of my questions. Great conversation! DAVID FRYE: avoid like the bubonic plague. Run as fast as you can from this salesman. I stop to look at a car (I had already been dealing with Nicolette). David approached me and I told him I was already talking with a salesperson. He stated we'll deal with that later. He began to show me a few cars and immediately his tone changed. He was incredibly rude, condescending, arrogant all with a overtone of sexism. A few minutes later, as he was trying to get more information about what I wanted to buy out of me, I reiterated that I was working with a woman already. Again, he didn't care and made no attempt to look for her. After he walked away for something I spotted Nicollett, approached her and explained the situation. She took over the sale. DAVID FRYE was trying to screw a fellow employee out of their rightfully deserved commission. If he was so willing to steal from someone he knows what is he capable of to a complete stranger? I did find out later that the car he was trying to sell me had 5k put into to get it to run correctly. More
