BROOKLYN was very helpful during the sale went above and beyond. Until I got the truck home the check Engine light came on and the windshield wipers did not work at all. I let BROOKLYN know. She told me that she talked to her service manager and they agreed to fix the truck. As long as I brought it back to Suburban Ford keep in mind I live two hours away so I went to a local Ford dealer and they said the windshield motor and linkage was burned up and the reason the check engine light was on is the right side catalytic converter is shot. They wanted $2800 to fix it. They said that should’ve been taken care of immediately by Suburban Ford since I only drove the truck home and had issues. so I contacted BROOKLYN to have her make an appointment to get my truck fixed at Suburban Ford at that point she told me that truck was bought as is pretty much just deal with it. After she told me they would fix it the Ford dealership I took it to said that truck could not have been inspected by Suburban Ford, or they would’ve seen that the windshield wipers did not even come on. Very disappointing. I bought the truck on march 28 and I just got it up and running on April 12 I ended up getting it repaired at AAA service garage because they were a little bit cheaper. I still had $2200 out of pocket put into a truck that I only put 150 miles on and that was driving it home from your dealership. The truck is nice the truck is clean but I was lied to by BROOKLYN TATE. I visited the dealership asking about a 2018 Jeep Renegade listed online. I spoke with Eric Stenson, test-drove the vehicle, and discussed necessary repairs. After negotiation, we agreed on a $300 price reduction. Eric informed me about the unsigned title, which required four days to process. We initially planned to finalize the deal the following Friday but had to reschedule due to the dealerships staff constraints. The appointment was rescheduled for the next Saturday. During a phone call, I inquired about my co-signer's approval and the associated interest rate. Eric quoted a 6.9% rate. On Saturday, after a 2-hour wait, the finance manager, David Gjonaj, brought us into his office to sign the paperwork. The previously agreed-upon price reduction was not reflected, and the interest rate was 12.24% instead of the 6.9% I was told about. I advise against working with these consultants due to discrepancies between verbal assurances and the documented terms. More

Very disappointed in the finance department. I specifically told them I didn't want any type of extended warranties and they signed me up anyway. They gave me a flashdrive instead of paperwork so I didn't realize it until I got home that I am paying an extra $75 a month for a service I didn't want. This is deceptive and completely unprofessional. I have made multiple contacts to get this resolved and all I continue to get is a never ending run around. Go to Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights at your own peril. More

My salesperson (Flora) was extremely hardworking and upfront about the process and cost. She had to reach out to other dealerships to find the F-150 with the options I wanted. Within 24 hours she found the truck and another few hours after that she secured the trade. She reviewed all rebates and discounts I was receiving. Even invited me to an event at the dealership to receive another $500.00 off. Was able to discuss the cost of extended warranties with David in finance the night before. I had them put on some accessories and Jason in service worked extremely hard to get the vehicle done and prepped by the time I signed the paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership. Flora is by far the best salesperson I have ever had. She is highly motivated, honest, and I didn't have to worry about certain details slipping through the cracks. More
