I received my custom order 2022 Subaru BRZ yesterday. I can't believe I'm about to say this, but that was an amazing car buying experience. Who the xxxx even says that? I custom ordered it and talked to David via email, and he sent me an OTD invoice months before the car arrived. I'll admit, I had this slightly irrational fear that they were going to try to pull some stuff last minute to get the price to go up. Nothing of the sort happened. No xx, straight to the point, polite, answered all my questions, and it took less than 2 hours total from me walking in, to me driving out. The price didn't budge a penny either from the initial invoice that was discussed via email. What they told me initially is exactly what I got. Honestly, if every car buying experience was like this, I'd be buying one each year (assuming I had the money, lol). If anyone is looking to buy a Subaru in the future, go to Subaru Superstore of Chandler, and ask for David Griffin. I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you! More

My husband and I spent the better part of summer 2021 looking for new vehicles. It felt like extortion! We came to Subaru Superstore of Chandler on our last leg of effort to get the new car - best decision we could have made! Griz (David) worked with us to make sure the car was still available and then worked to get lease pricing and options to us. They were transparent from Day 1 and we understood every fee on the deal, which is not common in summer 2021 with AZ dealers. We were provided an estimated arrival date and were kept updated while we waited; our car ended up arriving on the estimated date (coincidence) and pickup was a breeze. Griz walked us through what to expect, Rodney got the financing done with us quickly, and Dustin gave us a very engaging delivery experience! Reading about the Subaru Love-Encore goals after it was clear: Subaru really values their customers. They (employees) made us feel special and excited about our purchase - this was the human element everywhere else we went that was missing.
