The moment that I met him I knew that I was going to be in good hands. He treated me with respect and he oozes integrity. He seamlessly helped me find the car I was looking for and he never once pressured me to make the purchase. I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help me find something within my smaller budget. He explained pricing and ensured that I was clear on everything in front of me. This is my first Subaru, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and my experience. If there were more managers like Dave Griffin in the industry, women like me would not feel intimidated by the experience and the entire car sales industry would benefit. I didn't feel like walking meat for the dealership vultures and was kindly helped to find the rep I had been working with via email, Griz. He was super informative, helpful, courteous and just a great guy to work with. After a day or two to figure out some other affairs, he was kind enough to drive me to the dealership to wrap up things on the 2020 WRX Premium I decided on. Along with him was Dustin, a Subaru fan and enthusiast that fits in perfectly at the superstore. He took me on my test drive and continued to educate me on the car and all things Subaru. His love of the brand really shines through. My interactions with him and Griz were great every single time, and that only continued when it was time to sign the paperwork with Joe. That is always the most intimidating part of buying a car- the guy who gets you to sign and throws all the other add-on costs at you in a high pressure room. Not this time, not Subaru Superstore, and not Joe. He broke down what everything was, did, how long it lasted, how it changed my payment, and what he thought based on his years of experience. It was a treat to feel so comfortable from start to finish. Truly the best experience I could have had. More

We made contact with David GRIZ Griffin and made the deal to buy our Outback online and David made the purchase very easy. We picked up our Outback and on the way home the car had an issue. Contacted David who went to Scott, they sent out a loaner car for me to use and had our car back in the shop for the repair. We were kept up to date on the status of the repair while it was in the shop. Our car was trucked down to us. I have told many friends about our experience and if they are considering buying a Subaru to shop at this dealership. More
