Beware of the Finance Manager Steven Toney I must say that I had a great experience with everyone that I worked with at Ray Skillman - with the exception of one person. I had a horrible expe I must say that I had a great experience with everyone that I worked with at Ray Skillman - with the exception of one person. I had a horrible experience with the Finance Manager, Steven Toney. I almost walked out on him. I told him that I wanted to do the financing thru Chase Bank, but he ignored my request and got the loan thru Capital One. When I asked him what the Chase loan rate was, he couldn't answer my question. After telling him several times that I did NOT want to purchase the extended warranty, he kept pressuring me. He became annoyed and told me not to interrupt him. Even after I signed the paperwork saying I didn't want the warranties, he printed not one, but 2 different contracts that charged me the extended warranty and the GAP insurance. I really thought I was being ripped off. I'm just glad I caught these "mistakes" before I signed the paperwork. More
