After contacting and visiting thirteen Cadillac dealerships across the Tri state area; I chose to order my Escalade IQL from North Bay Cadillac. I waited four years for the release of the Electric dealerships across the Tri state area; I chose to order my Escalade IQL from North Bay Cadillac. I waited four years for the release of the Electric Escalade. I contacted the General Manager John Campanelli and informed him that I wanted one of the first IQL’s manufactured. Mr. Campanelli informed me that my personality would match best with Sales Associate Francesco Bentivedo. We had one exchange where I provided Francesco all the details of the exact specifications that I needed and the accompanying deposit. Francesco informed me that the next time I would hear from him would be him informing me my vehicle was in production. I received a call a couple of weeks later of the production of the vehicle and several weeks after that he called to inform me that my Vehicle was ready to be picked up. The process was seamless and without the time consuming attempts to purchase items and packages I was not interested. I am elected to purchase the wheel protection package after Francesco explained all the details. I love my IQL and it arrived eleven weeks after I placed the order. One of the reasons I decided to go with North Bay Cadillac is they have by far the best and largest vehicle allocations; accompanied with No dealership mark ups. I visited another dealership that explained there was a $41,000 dealership mark up on the same exact car I ultimately ordered from Francesco. You are more than welcome to browse at other dealerships who will attach huge dealership mark ups or have your order on hold for years or go to NorthBay Cadillac and have Francesco get your vehicle delivered fast and as ordered. My wife now wants the same IQL as me and Francesco is the point person we will purchase from. Great team and I am very happy with my decision to purchase from Francesco Bentivedo at North Bay Cadillac. Alfred Lowe More

Great Service. Good Communication. I leased my car through Paul Conte Cadillac. They still send me coupons but North Bay never sends me coupons. I have asked my Good Communication. I have asked my prior sales representative prior to Sophia at least (2) times to put me on the mailing list for coupons…it never happens. This is frustrating because you will Not honor Paul Conte’s coupons but you will Not send me yours. Poor customer service dealing with thos situation! More
