I had an emergency so my car was seen at the earliest convenience which I appreciated. When I bought the car I was told I could get a loaner if my car was being serviced. There has never been a loaner ev convenience which I appreciated. When I bought the car I was told I could get a loaner if my car was being serviced. There has never been a loaner ever available in the 6 years I have owned this car, Stop using the promise of loaners in your sale pitches. Otherwise great service that costs a fortune but what are you going to do. More

I would avoid this dealership at any cost. I will start with the biggest issue - the Service department is either incompetent or suspect. They not only did not repair my car but they damaged I will start with the biggest issue - the Service department is either incompetent or suspect. They not only did not repair my car but they damaged it further. I had a broken engine rod - PLEASE NOTE GM ENGINES right now are a huge separate flag. They returned it missing three quarts of oil and did not reconnect the oil pan correctly. This has led to much more serious issues and their response has been horrendous. I wish this was a one-time experience and specific to a questionable Service Director but i have had similar dealings over the last five years since I originally leased the car. I originally leased my Cadillac Escalade from North Bay in 2020 when I heard of the price a friend got from them (which I later found was gained through a questionable approach). I reluctantly purchased the car at the end of the lease because it was my best economic option. I was offered no assistance with financing or warranty and got those much more effectively on my own. Every time I came back to the service department - their prices were over double the alternative and if I still went forward the quality of the work sub-par and the service rep tried to sell some unnecessary additional activity. I only brought it back this last time because the Engine Rod was a serious issue and one GM has had lots of challenges with - my third party warranty company was great! ironically every time there was an issue between the warranty company and the North Bay Service Department I found out that North Bay lied in their account of the interaction. I eventually had to pull the car and I am working through fixing their damage with another mechanic and dealing directly with GM National. Communications to ownership have gone without response. They are indifferent. More
