Service agents at North Bay Cadillac are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They understand your service needs and provide answers to you about needed repairs for your vehicle. The mechanics are capab courteous and efficient. They understand your service needs and provide answers to you about needed repairs for your vehicle. The mechanics are capable of a multitude of service needs. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and provides free refreshments to customers who wait while their vehicle is serviced. I highly recommend this service location. More

This was the worst service experience I have ever had and my truck is a 2008 so that says a lot. They kept giving me the run around and after about 2 weeks of silence (no updates) I am told a part needs to b my truck is a 2008 so that says a lot. They kept giving me the run around and after about 2 weeks of silence (no updates) I am told a part needs to be ordered. And this process goes on and on and the bill keeps going up and when I finally get the truck back there is a major service notification on the dash that the stability control on the truck is damaged. This was not damaged when bringing the truck in for service. Now they are refusing to fix it and suggested that their technicians are incompetent to fix the issue. I am at a loss now because I have spent so much and had way too much faith in them and now am left with an obscure problem that I would need a GM technician to fix. This was absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had and would recommend against servicing or even buying vehicles at this dealership. More
