On May 15, 2019 I purchased a 2018 Jeep compass with less than 4,000 miles on it from this dealership - Less than 6 weeks later I started to hear a rattling noise coming from the dashboard. I brought it back than 4,000 miles on it from this dealership - Less than 6 weeks later I started to hear a rattling noise coming from the dashboard. I brought it back to the dealership to have it looked at. I was told that the brake shield was replaced on my vehicle which was causing this noise. The noise was then gone, however soon came back. I then brought my car into Quirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Marshfield MA to have this noise looked at again. I brought it to this dealership because it was a more convenient location for me (as told I could). A few hours later, the service manager Barry called me and said that I will not be leaving with my vehicle today. He told me that four major bolts were missing from the cradle/undercarriage of my vehicle, that the suspension/alignment was off, the front end was falling out and that my two front tires were so worn down that he was afraid to take my car off the lift because they were so close to popping. These tires only have have 11,000 miles on them. Imagine the damage under my vehicle that we can’t see? There was one bolt left holding my vehicle together. He then told me that if that last bolt was to fall out (god forbid on the highway), I could have been seriously hurt, or dead. Lastly, Barry also mentioned that it seems as though my vehicle had previously been in an accident. My car salesman, Luis Carvalho did not disclose this information with me and showed me a clean car fax. We decided to pull our own after this incident - I don't think a clean car fax is 3 pages long (no wonder I got such a good deal on this vehicle). This is dishonest and legally considered to be fraud. They knew exactly what accident we were talking about when mentioned. This dealership had a second chance to let me know what was going on underneath my vehicle when they had it on the lift to fix my brake shield but failed to do so. I then contacted the dealership to let them know what was going on with the vehicle they sold me. They did not seem too concerned. I asked to be traded out of this vehicle and put into a comparable one with the same monthly payments. I was not looking for anything better. Preferably just a vehicle that has not been touched by their professional mechanics who seemed to miss the missing bolts in my vehicle, TWICE. Do you think this was too much to ask for? I mentioned that I wanted to be and feel safe in the vehicle I was driving. Blake Gardner, the sales manager did send me some proposals. However, they were way higher than my current monthly payment. If I could afford $400 or more a month, then I would have just bought that vehicle to begin with - right? He was trying to make money off of this situation – disgusting if you ask me. He told me that there was nothing else he could do for me. I have also been in contact with Harold Cimorelli, the service manager here. He has done nothing but argue and argue with me and tell me that they are not responsible for any of this. He then proceeded to threaten me by saying he was going to report his rental car stolen because I could not return it due to being at work (to pay for this xxxxty car that was sold to me). I was told that if it wasn't for me bringing my car in then I would be dead on the side of the road. Would any of you take that lightly? Luis, Blake and Harold would say otherwise. I appreciate anyone taking the time to read this. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They sell unsafe and dangerous vehicles. More

Usual buying a car is nerve wracking, scary, and just not fun. This gang made that absolutely untrue. I was in the Marine Corps for 8 years and have a rough character shield, always up. From Abbie's amazing greeting at the door, to meeting David and Luis, right off the bat was calming and had an instant "I'm at ease" feeling. It's hard to break down my safety wall I always put up but this crew did that within the first 5 minutes. The whole experience was amazing and fun. I loved every minute. I will hold this moment in my life forever and always with high regard and care. More

They offered 250.00 for a military discount which I felt was pretty low but it was something. Abbie was my sales person and she was great. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Abbie More

He told me to I spoke to Dave a sales person on the phone he quoted me there was a promotion of $12,000 off the MSRP of the truck they had in stock. He told me to come in tomorrow and ask for Blake the manager. I drove 45 minute to go and put the deal together. When I get there and sit down I'm told the promotion ended yesterday. Now the truck was $6000 dollars more, The typical bait and switch car salesman. BUYER BEWARE,DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. I hope this helps others. Chris More
