I have avoided having my auto serviced at a dealership because “everyone” knows a dealership will charge outrageous prices. I have had my BMW serviced by a local BMW mechanic and had the same service per because “everyone” knows a dealership will charge outrageous prices. I have had my BMW serviced by a local BMW mechanic and had the same service performed by the local BMW dealership. The cost was not that different, and the dealership accomplished the same service in less time. But best of all, I had David Hepler advising me. David is very knowable, an asset to BMW and anyone that has the pleasure of working with him - Millions of gold stars to David Hepler!! More
