Worst experience I've ever had at any dealership. Customer service and professionalism clearly is not something Dave or BMW of Gainesville strives for. I definitely would not recommend coming here. After this last visit, I'm seriously considering getting rid of my vehicle altogether. For the price that one pays, basic customer service should be a no brainer. More
