Went in for an oil change on 10-05-23 and it was handled right away at the end of the work day by the Service manager, Dave Hernandez and The Service Dept Crew at Zeigler Buick Gmc of Lincolnwood. The dealership is nice however the service was terrible. I needed my tires rotated and one tire patched. It took three hours. The wheel on the patched tire was left with significant oil residue. And the pa I needed my tires rotated and one tire patched. It took three hours. The wheel on the patched tire was left with significant oil residue. And the patched tire wasn’t patched. I drove home only to find it low on air the next day. I’ve since got it repaired by a different professional because I can’t trust the service at the dealer. More
