One of the most frustrating thing about the service personnel in charge of my car was him not calling me about any updates and not returning calls as promised.Not communicating with customer is bad cus personnel in charge of my car was him not calling me about any updates and not returning calls as promised.Not communicating with customer is bad customer service.If I did not call ,I wont even know what repairs were being done to my car and after keeping my car for 6 days you would think somebody will let me know what the problem was.Very aggravating experience. More

Worst car buying experience ever. A tree fell on my Denali and we needed to get a car really fast. Zigler had one advertised for my specs but when I drove down there the rep told me it was no longer av Denali and we needed to get a car really fast. Zigler had one advertised for my specs but when I drove down there the rep told me it was no longer available one of the salesman used it as his. He had a Cadillac Escalade which I bought. I have not even had the car six months and it has cost me almost $2000 in repairs and they have no warranty for used cars. This is ridiculous. The service people are rude and have have no empathy for customer issues. More
