The whole experience from start to finish was great. Kudos to David Huang. Amazing sales person and most importantly, a great customer service individual. He made me feel comfortable from the first call Kudos to David Huang. Amazing sales person and most importantly, a great customer service individual. He made me feel comfortable from the first call and we actually closed the deal on that phone call and he sent an email to my wife about her birthday and to reach out to her about the color. All in a matter of a couple of hours without a trip to the dealership. I made the trip finalized the paperwork the next day and all went smooth from start to end. The whole crew was great. I was greeted, checked in, and given my loaner c I brought my 2019 BMW X3 M40i in for a factory recall for the rear camera ( which was working fine ).
