This is is place I buy car and after 3 week have it problam I Ben try to talk someone but not give me any answer back and finely I got set up service Appointment So I just talk to guys I need to loaner problam I Ben try to talk someone but not give me any answer back and finely I got set up service Appointment So I just talk to guys I need to loaner car and finally I wen there but they se don’t have loner car I live about 35 miles away before I went I did confirm everything Because they don’t want to fix my car I call them before 30 days I have a problem but they should be cover my the warranty 30 days now they want me put my insurance involved with that why should I have them use my insurance I did buy extra warranty to but they don’t wanna help anything so I had to come back another 35 miles The bottom line is they don’t help me anything More

Worst service Had an appointment with Koons of Annapolis to get a oil filter change and check engine light. Appointment was at 9:15 am and they took my truck right Had an appointment with Koons of Annapolis to get a oil filter change and check engine light. Appointment was at 9:15 am and they took my truck right in. After 3 hours I check at the service desk to get a status. They said that they had not got it in for service yet. Needless to say I told them to just get my truck back. No explanation or apology. I have owned 9 Toyotas and never had this poor customer service. I'm done with Koons of Annapolis. More
