Thank you Danny and CBB. Danny was a fantastic salesman. I do not live in the Phoenix area, and Danny helped answer any and all questions I had about the vehicle to make me as Danny was a fantastic salesman. I do not live in the Phoenix area, and Danny helped answer any and all questions I had about the vehicle to make me as comfortable as possible before I traveled to Phoenix to buy the car. Upon test driving the car, I noticed it pulled to the right and there were some chips in the windshield. Danny immediately made a call while I was still driving the car and arranged to have the car inspected and repaired immediately once we arrived back at the dealership. He assured me the issues would be taken care of, and so I proceeded with the purchase of the vehicle. A few moments later, Danny stated the car was all done and repaired. Sure enough, they corrected the alignment, and repaired all of the chips in the windshield. Even ones that I had not found myself. Danny was very patient with me as I inspected my new car thoroughly and said goodbye to my beloved previous car. He's a class act and a very nice guy. My new car is fantastic, and I am very pleased with CBB and Danny Quintana. Thank you, Danny! More

Exceptional Customer Service and No Hassle Process I had the great privilege of working with David on the purchase of my vehicle and Alexander on finalizing my paperwork and then getting to know my car I had the great privilege of working with David on the purchase of my vehicle and Alexander on finalizing my paperwork and then getting to know my car. David was a pleasure to work with. He had some hurdles to overcome on my end and he came through within just a few minutes. Alex went above and beyond. He personally dropped my car off at my home in pouring rain and stayed after hours to ensure I understood the vehicle and all the amenities it provides. Once we completed the paper work were he explained everything in detail to my amazement Alexander also happened to be a Specialist in the vehicle I had purchased and as a new electric vehicle owner he took the time to explain “pro tips” as well as just any basic questions I had in regards to my purchase. He then left his information and offered to provide further assistance should any questions come up. When they say 100% online, they mean it. I’m a busy professional with kids who has a tight schedule during the week. I can tell you this is our 2nd vehicle purchased from B&B and we will certainly be back for many more to come.
