I appreciate that he was professional, knew the performance and features of the vehicles well and did not pressure us. They gave me a fair price for my trade, and I believe the purchase price was fair as well. The financing did not go a smooth. We wanted to make sure we got a rate quote from our credit union as well as the banks they use. That info was not relayed to finance and our bank had closed by the time we got to that part of the process. The interest rate that was offered to us through their source was unacceptable. We worked out a much better deal with our credit union the following business day and had to return to resign. Now I see the value of getting pre-approved with your bank before you go to the dealer. The vehicle was not as clean as I expected it to be upon delivery. In fairness, I am a bit of a neat freak, but I think there was a lack of attention to detail. In contrast, they were willing to repair a couple of cosmetic things at no charge so that more then made up for it. Overall, we are happy with our experience and would recommend them to others. More

Excellent Experience buying a used BMW I came to Certified Benz and Beemer to look at a used BMW X5 I had seen online. After driving it, I didn’t feel it was right. My sales person, Micha I came to Certified Benz and Beemer to look at a used BMW X5 I had seen online. After driving it, I didn’t feel it was right. My sales person, Michael Gelbert, after listening to what I wanted in a car, checked his inventory and brought out a 2016 X5 BMW xDrive40e, priced where I wanted to be. It only took sitting in the drivrt’s seat and driving a short way to know he had hit the mark. I love this SUV! More

They always work hard for us We just picked up our second vehicle from "Que". We've go e to many dealerships and most used car sales companies is don't k ow much about their vehicles. Here, they specialize in BMW and MB, but Que always knows features on other brands. I bought a 2015 BMW and a 2015 Chrysler minivan...he knew them both. When we bought the van we weren't planning on it. But, it was a great car and and a good deal, so we went for it. However, we were in a rush, told them that, and they got us out in less than 90 minutes. That includes financing, trade in, plate transfer, switching items between cars, taking our photo and heading out. They went above and beyond. We looked at other places, but decided that if Que could find us something, we'd rather give him the chance. Just so happens they had something we wanted. A big thanks to Que, David, Paul, Peter, and everyone who helped push us through so quickly. Always a great experience. More
