I was extremely impressed by the entire experience from my first contact with Jeff to the delivery of our new car to our home in Lake Havasu City Az. When my wife and I drove to Scottsdale to see the Porsche in person we met Brandon. He was extremely helpful, patient and very courteous. I was extremely very impressed by Brandon and Jeff’s overall products knowledge and no pressure sales technique. We definitely did not feel pressured or pushed. It was a rare auto purchase experience. We actually left the dealership and took the evening to decide on our purchase. The next day I contacted them and decided to move forward. Brandon and Jeff addressed our concerns and scheduled a delivery to our home in Lake Havasu. Several days later our new car was delivered and we actually did all the paperwork in the convenience of our own home. I sincerely appreciate the customer service and the entire sales experience from Certified Benz and Beemer. I highly recommend CBB for your next auto purchase. Excellent but far from perfect. We are out of state buyers. First contact was 1/19. Car was delivered on 2/1. Our sales rep was Michael Gelbert. We saw the car online and it matched what we were looking for. Sent an email and within minutes, Michael calls us. We decide to buy the car sight unseen. Put in a deposit and the waiting begins. At first Michael was very responsive. After the wire transfer was made, not so much. On several occassiaons, I would call and he wouldn’t answer. Then I text and get a response like “call the office and ask”. Overall though, Michael did a great job. Finance was done with Travis. He was very thorough and answered all questions. Some things worth noting. The original listing showed our car without tinted windows. Car arrived with tinted windows. I didn’t ask for it to be tinted. I don’t like different shades of tint on my car. So I had to have the tint taken off here locally. More wasted cash. The trucking company they chose to ship the car ended up denting the car badly. Do you know how it feels to buy a car and wait and wait and when it arrives it’s messed up? My wife was in tears. It’s not CBB’s fault but still, they chose the trucking company. CBB charged $600 for shipping, on the shipping invoice it was $500. Haven’t heard anything about a refund for $100 yet. We talked to David James about getting a curb rash fixed on one of the wheels. That was 5 days ago. Haven’t heard anything since. We love our car even though we can’t drive it. We are going through the trucking company for repairs but it’s just another headache I have to deal with now. CBB was great but this whole experience just plain sucked. More

They gave me a fair price for my trade, and I believe the purchase price was fair as well. The financing did not go a smooth. We wanted to make sure we got a rate quote from our credit union as well as the banks they use. That info was not relayed to finance and our bank had closed by the time we got to that part of the process. The interest rate that was offered to us through their source was unacceptable. We worked out a much better deal with our credit union the following business day and had to return to resign. Now I see the value of getting pre-approved with your bank before you go to the dealer. The vehicle was not as clean as I expected it to be upon delivery. In fairness, I am a bit of a neat freak, but I think there was a lack of attention to detail. In contrast, they were willing to repair a couple of cosmetic things at no charge so that more then made up for it. Overall, we are happy with our experience and would recommend them to others. More

My sales person, Micha I came to Certified Benz and Beemer to look at a used BMW X5 I had seen online. After driving it, I didn’t feel it was right. My sales person, Michael Gelbert, after listening to what I wanted in a car, checked his inventory and brought out a 2016 X5 BMW xDrive40e, priced where I wanted to be. It only took sitting in the drivrt’s seat and driving a short way to know he had hit the mark. I love this SUV! More
