The service has always been very good and I do rely on them to point out items that are needed for good performance and safety. This November 2014 purchase of the 2015 S60 went very smoothly. We were able to state what we desired and at what kind of a price range. David found a vehicle and had it transfered to Berwyn. We had several contacts on site, emails and phone. He was always ready to help us and had the proper information when needed. He is a seasoned sales person. Your satisfaction is his goal. I am rather certain that he would help steer you to what your needs are for your transportation. He made the purchasing experience very simple from the price quote I received through the Keystone website, to the trade-in value for my 2008 Honda Accord and finally through the Volvo financing offers. When I picked up the car the following Monday, I had limited time since I was leaving on a business trip, Dave walked me through the whole car. These gentlemen worked tirelessly for two days trying to locate the car I wanted to buy. With the help of their Volvo rep they did find a car. The sale process was quick and relatively painless with none of the back and forth that is typical of car sales.
