New Car Lease - Excellent Service! I was in the market for a new car lease. Gave Dave Jurgensen my requirements over the phone, set an appointment for the next day to see what deals/ca I was in the market for a new car lease. Dave suggested the XC60, so I test drove it, and immediately loved it - it was everything I was looking for at the price I could work with. Dave took care of everything, didn't miss a detail. David Jurgensen is the reason we return each time we need a car to the Berwyn location. (We live nearer to two other Volvo dealerships). He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He has helped us find a car to the Berwyn location. (We live nearer to two other Volvo dealerships). He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He has helped us find the exact right car for our particular situation at least four times now. We try to go to other dealerships, but on two occasions have walked out unhappy. One (also a Volvo dealership) several years ago failed to find a sales rep that wanted to work with us for nearly twenty minutes. We were patient as we did not have an appointment, but I finally decided that we weren't dressed up enough for them to think we'd buy a new Volvo. Another time the sales rep did not know enough and compensated for this lack of knowledge by talking about other things while we waited for someone who had the info we needed to be available. This NEVER happens at Keystone Berwyn. We are always treated courteously (we don't have three eyes) and we always get always get straight answers. Without a lot of apparent 'sales', we get great information, buy a vehicle and leave happy! Thank you very much! More

David Jurgensen of Sales answers all questions to your satisfaction and is readily available, even on his day off. At delivery, he'll spend an hour explaining all aspects of the new car which is necessary given today's technology. He even makes certain that your iPhone is syncing with the car. He strives for and reaches perfection. Every aspect of this dealership is top tier including spotless facilities, locating the exact vehicle desired, keeping promises regarding service, supplying loaner vehicles, etc. True to their motto, there is "No pressure, No hype". There is no competition amongst the sales personnel and all work together for optimal customer satisfaction. Ron DenBroeder and Khalid Laraki of Sales will immediately approach you to ascertain if they can be of any service if Mr. Jurgensen otherwise occupied with another customer. Ben Stein, Sales Manager, can make it happen. Ken Upton of Service keeps all promises and makes certain that your vehicle is serviced properly without need for return. I cannot say enough about the positives of this dealership. More

David was excellent to work with while buying our new car. He made the car buying experience easy, hassle free, fun and enlightening. David Jurgensen provided great customer service walking me through the purchase of my new Volvo X60 T6. I had plenty of questions - new v pre-owned, buy v lease, package options, warranty, maintenance sup me through the purchase of my new Volvo X60 T6. I had plenty of questions - new v pre-owned, buy v lease, package options, warranty, maintenance support, etc etc. He provided clear answers that helped guide me in my decision making for this major purchase. With all the great features this car has, there is plenty to learn on how to use the more advanced ones - David set up all the key features for me and is always accessible for my questions when I want to by-pass the comprehensive user manual. I know the color might not be a big thing to some people, but I always wanted a red car and now I have one. During our experience, I never felt pressured and never felt I had to be knowledgeable about the rebates or financing deals in order to make the best decision. David answered all our questions and options available and made us feel comfortable. More
