I’ve been lied to, swindled, and strung along Palmer DCJR was helpful, courteous, and fast. A 3rd party transmission repair shop kept my car for months and created more problems than they solved w Palmer DCJR was helpful, courteous, and fast. A 3rd party transmission repair shop kept my car for months and created more problems than they solved while double charging both me and my warranty for repairs. Palmer DCJR (and especially Thomas Pappas) undid the other company’s work and made my Jeep run again in just a couple weeks. I’ve been driving the Jeep for a few days just to make sure that the repairs hold and I couldn’t be happier. More
