Excellent service. Called a dealer 10 minutes from my house and no one picked up. Called Palmer and customer service picked up call on the second ring. 3 strikes and out It is a long story, but work under 3year/36,000 mi started in 2018, again in early 2019 and now in Sept 2019...aprox 12 days total in their shop and t It is a long story, but work under 3year/36,000 mi started in 2018, again in early 2019 and now in Sept 2019...aprox 12 days total in their shop and they still have not fixed the issue (driver seat heat) saying it works normal! The Mgr of the svc dept has not responded either to a detailed complaint...maybe he is researching the 3 svc activities on this vehicle...maybe not...time will tell. More
