I am on my fourth Chrysler minivan and this dealership is closest to my house. Over the last 20 years, I have seen the Service department go from acceptable to worse! Now they don't even respond to emails closest to my house. Over the last 20 years, I have seen the Service department go from acceptable to worse! Now they don't even respond to emails or complaints. Service manager Mr. Keller would rather not deal with customers (he usually cannot be located). The latest visit concluded with my keyfob key not even being cut! I emailed Mr. Keller directly to see what my options were and did not hear back. I will not go back to this dealership anymore and try others, albeit they are further away from my house. More
