When I set the appointment with her for Monday...she said they would not get to start working on the car till Weds or Thurs...so I told her why don't I just take the car in on Weds...rather than paying for a car rental (there were no loaner cars!) for three days before the car was worked on. She told me It would not make any difference it would take 3 days or so to start work on the car regardless of when I dropped it off! That's a ridiculous and costly way for me to have to do business. Communication from her about the status of the repair was poor...I had to chase her down for updates! In the future I will ask for Luis Torres as a Service writer, I used him in the past and he was the best...good communication, I've never had to chase him down for status updates. She just told me the car was ready....did not go over the costs and what was done etc. When I picked up the car, Luis Torres did a great job of reviewing what they did for service, and the itemized cost. Again Kim just was lacking in professionalism and communication skills. I never worked with David Keller...not sure why he's listed below.
