We had come in from out of town after just having our 1 ton dodge ram worked out at our local dealership. The person that checked me it was not helpful. She gave me incorrect information when I asked a question. She was not very polite with her answer. She was busy on the computer. A very polite and helpful young man checked me out. He answered my question about a 60,000 mile check up with very different information from what I was told by the person who checked me in. More
