It took 3. 5 hours for a basic oil change while I waited. Finally went to see what was going on and found the advisor had gone to lunch and my keys had been sit 5 hours for a basic oil change while I waited. My experience has been an absolute nightmare. I serviced my vehicle in full confidence that an authorized Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership would provide me with outstanding customer service and I serviced my vehicle in full confidence that an authorized Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership would provide me with outstanding customer service and quality repairs. Instead, I was given terrible customer service and my vehicle exhibited the same service errors the same day I picked it up. My service representative lied to me about the service rendered multiple times, and management did little to nothing to rectify the issue. All in all, I returned the vehicle twice with the same error codes that I brought the vehicle in to repair. Fortunately for me, I am knowledgeable about these vehicles, which helped me navigate through my horrible experience and explain to Palmer DCJR personnel what I was experiencing and how I was being hassled as a patron. I pray that no one else experiences what I went through. More
