I called 17 times in a 3 day period trying to get my car serviced. Service department never answered their phone. I asked the lady that answered the main line twice to please give them a message. I neede serviced. Service department never answered their phone. I asked the lady that answered the main line twice to please give them a message. I needed my car serviced. I would up going somewhere else for service. There work my be good but their customer service is beyond Terrible More

Stopped by to schedule a time for a software update for Super Cruise on my truck. I was happily surprised when they asked if I could take care of it right then. This is very rare nowadays and I was very ap Super Cruise on my truck. I was happily surprised when they asked if I could take care of it right then. This is very rare nowadays and I was very appreciative of the efforts to get me on my way quickly! The waiting area was also a breath of fresh air and even had a cappuccino machine! I believe the same family owns the BMW dealership next door but I was just as impressed with the waiting area here as I was when I get my wife's bimmer serviced! Great job Mandal GMC!!! More
