After purchasing the car in December, we were due for the 10,000 mile oil change. David Kim was excellent in receiving and helping us upon arrival and then pick up. All in all, it was an excellent experience. More

ran out of “daily allotment of parts” for recall... really? Booked appointment in advance for 60k service and temporary fix on recall. Informed upon pickup they’d run out of “their daily allotment of parts” ne Booked appointment in advance for 60k service and temporary fix on recall. Informed upon pickup they’d run out of “their daily allotment of parts” needed for the recall and I’d have to reschedule the temporary fix! Really Audi?! I scheduled my appointment over a week out and you knew i was coming in with a recall. When stating “ so now i have to be inconvenienced and come back just for the recall” service told me, “no... just wait until your 75k service and do it then”. The recall had been out since the last time I was in and no parts were available... is it important to fix it or not?! I miss Tim Brooks!! More
