Very easy to work with. We were in trouble because our PS had failed and the car was undrivable. Audi Marietta sent a truck to pick up the car. We had plans to be in Columb We were in trouble because our PS had failed and the car was undrivable. Audi Marietta sent a truck to pick up the car. We had plans to be in Columbus, Ga. on Sunday so the dealership arranged a loaner that we used. On Wednesday they returned our car in Columbus and picked up the loaner. In and out in one day My 3 month old Audi was T-boned and totaled. The side airbag curtains driver side air bag deployed and protected me well. After settling with the other driver’s Ins Co I walked in to Audi Marietta and they found me a 2019 S4 Prestige in Blue and I drove out in it that afternoon. Very satisfied I’ve owned an Audi (A6, two Q7s) for the last 9 years. I’ve purchased all three at Jim Ellis of Marietta and have only ever been there for service. Wh I’ve owned an Audi (A6, two Q7s) for the last 9 years. I’ve purchased all three at Jim Ellis of Marietta and have only ever been there for service. When it’s top notch, why go elsewhere? My husband owns a Jeep right now. The difference in customer service is staggering. I wish Audi could work on his Jeep! PS - love the new dealership. Bright, gorgeous, super comfortable and of course, excellent service. More

Management cares about the customer - and this trickles down I had some previous issues with a repair, and Jorge the Sales Manager reached out to see if he could address any of my concerns and ask what he could I had some previous issues with a repair, and Jorge the Sales Manager reached out to see if he could address any of my concerns and ask what he could do to restore any issues, and him and his team went above and beyond to make sure that not only the original issue was resolved, that the next service visit they would throw in a free oil change and Day Spa visit. I was definitely taken care of and we chucked the initial issue to a misunderstanding that could have happen to anyone. And I really appreciate Jorge's genuine concern with my service experience. The new location is great and if Jorge is any representation of how management is training their sales and service staff, then I expect nothing less than awesome service every time I come here. Looking forward to future visits and a continued relationship with Audi Marietta. More
