The wait while my car was serviced (about 2 hours) was comfortable and accommodating. The staff are sincerely friendly. Snacks of various types and beverages are offered, internet, extra large computer screens, network television, magazines, great seating, beautiful floor models to wish for. And it was QUIET. Nice. I also had the opportunity to visit with "my" salesman (I have a lease), Sasha Landy, to talk about my NEXT Audi! Thank you for making the service appointment such a pleasant experience. More
