Quick Servicing I brought my Audi in for its 45k mile service and everything was beyond expectations. My poor experiences with Audi North Atlanta had set the bar low I brought my Audi in for its 45k mile service and everything was beyond expectations. My poor experiences with Audi North Atlanta had set the bar low, but the team members here were wonderful. David was very polite accommodating. They knew when the car would be ready ahead of time and arranged transit effortlessly for me. I would highly recommend Audi of Marietta. More

Somewhat satisfied I brought my A7 in for a check engine light. I had already had that checked out with another mechanic and it was reading a catalytic converter issue. I brought my A7 in for a check engine light. I had already had that checked out with another mechanic and it was reading a catalytic converter issue. Turned out there was a recall on my car for a software update that fixed the issue, it was not the catalytic converter after all. It would have been nice to have been notified about the software recall in advance. I almost had a new catalytic converter installed for no reason. I was also told I have another recall on my car, but the parts are not available...seems odd. Overall, I have never felt like I'm in a luxury, high end dealership when interacting with the people at this Audi dealership. No different than a Honda or Toyota dealership which is disappointing. I will credit Audi for having a good process on using Uber when you leave your car with them for service. That was a nice way to get to and from the dealership without my car. More

Always a smooth experience!! Ahamed, Maynard, David along with the entire service team make it so easy to schedule your appointment and get in and out quickly.
