I like the level of service but some of the employees inside seem disconnected especially at the cashier. Service is amazing. Lot is small, and the inventory is ok. I wish they would bring in more inside seem disconnected especially at the cashier. Service is amazing. Lot is small, and the inventory is ok. I wish they would bring in more trucks and the larger SUV's from the back lot. I also feel their prices are still inflated from the Covid hangover. Its strange I can go to Toyota.com and price a vehicle and its in some cases $20K more in the lot. I am not interested in paying dealer fees, give me a better price. More

Never experience with bad attitude, bad customer service. The salesman David is suck and really hard to talk to. Never want to talk to this man again. He mess up car Vin number and demand me to drive back 3 hours round trip to resign all doc. This dealership earned my second purchase bc of their options n price. Manager is nice n understanding, only wish purchasing Document n service check up could done faster instead of 3-4 hours waiting. Will come back for this dealer for future purchase but never want to talk to Saleman David again More

Great experience with David and Brad! I was surprised by the added cost over MSRP (market adjustment) and the website trade in value (Kelly Bluebook) was not what they used to calculate m I was surprised by the added cost over MSRP (market adjustment) and the website trade in value (Kelly Bluebook) was not what they used to calculate my trade in (Kelly Bluebook was 3 thousand dollars more). All in all, I love my car! More

Loved the no pressure sales, all involved couldn't be nicer and never pushy. e-mail sent w all my paper work-couldn't view or print, it asked for a password, have no idea why.
