We bought our Toyota from Cobb County Toyota about 3 years ago. All of the maintenance has been done there. Every time we have service completed, there are greasy hand prints all over the front fenders years ago. All of the maintenance has been done there. They forget to replace valve stem caps after rotating and checking the air pressure of the tires. They move the seat forward so you can't get in the vehicle. And the change the radio settings from where we have them. I would not recommend their service department. More

McKenzie Williams was my service writer. She first told me that the service would take 3.5-4 hours. My appointment was at 10 am. My car wasn’t ready until 4:00. That is six hours.
