This experience was due heavily on the sales person, David Lopez. I would recommend David Lopes to anyone that is looking for either a new or used vehicl. I had Previously decided that decided that I wanted a mini but was not sure which one. David went above and beyond to make sure that I purchased the Mini that I was comfortable with. He made suggestions and provided his advice to assist with making this big decision.He was no way pushy as most salesman tend to be . Great experience start to finish!! I decided to start the search for a new car at Herb Chambers Mini. I knew nothing about Minis except that they were cute. David is amazing...and so is the whole team! Buying cars is never fun, based on my past experiences. From the moment I walked in to MINI, a receptionist warned me about street cleaning and moved Buying cars is never fun, based on my past experiences. From the moment I walked in to MINI, a receptionist warned me about street cleaning and moved my car after she directed me to the elevator. The 3rd floor staff were ALL so kind and welcoming. The show room is like being in a MINI dream and I was in heaven. The MINI was my dream car and I was so lucky to get David to help me make it the dream come true. We test drove several and when he finally discovered one that would be perfect for me, he let me leave! No pressure....when I came back the next day, he had the car for me to test drive, I filled out some paperwork and then he let me leave again! No pressure to sit there for hours while we go back and forth on price, extras, trade in, etc. I came back, signed all my paperwork with Moustafa, who was also a complete DELIGHT and then was able to leave with my DREAM CAR. The paperwork was easy to understand, transparent, concise and consumer-friendly. In the past, I was so confused and unsure of what I was agreeing to. Not here. Honesty and satisfaction seemed to motivate them. I loved David and cried when the car was officially mine and he was so happy for me. I said goodbye to everyone and was excited to be back there and could see myself only buying cars from David from now on....LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about this experience! Thank you! More

Happily back in a Mini!! Several years ago, I owned a Mini Clubman and there was no question it was the best car I ever owned. Then, living in the city, I was going to attempt Several years ago, I owned a Mini Clubman and there was no question it was the best car I ever owned. Then, living in the city, I was going to attempt going carless. With a brief three-year experiment, I realized this was impossible for me. As a musician, I have the need to bring equipment around with me often and my other experiments of getting my gear around just didn’t work out. My wife didn’t have a car for several years and recently, when her work situation changed, she needed to get a car. There was no question she was getting a Mini (based on the one I had previously owned) and she luckily met David at Herb Chambers Mini. I was so impressed with her car-buying process with David. I wasn’t even the one getting the car, but David was so knowledgeable and easy to work with; it was such a great experience. He stuck out as a great person to work with in what usually can be a stressful part of life. Fast forward a half-year later when I needed a new car. It wasn’t even a question. I wasn’t just going to head over to Mini; I was going to see David. He made it effortless to find the perfect car for me at the price I wanted (within one dollar of my target price!) and without any compromise! I truly got the perfect car for me! This is the guy you want to go to when looking for a Mini. I’m not the type to fill out forms, and also not the type to rave about car buying. But David has such a comfortable way about him that he’s made the whole process amazing and fun. And now me and my wife are proud to say that we’re a Mini family. Thanks to David for making it happen so easily! More
