I went in to visit the Herb Chambers BMW/MINI dealer who had this lightly used vehicle. David Lopez could not have been more low pressure and devoid of the "cheesiness" you could get from salespeople. Just pleasant and knowledgeable. David even was brave enough to admit that Acura was not his expertise (since it was a trade-in), but never once even attempted to make-up an answer. David was great. The dealership was comfortable and interactions will super prompt by phone or email. Moustafa was also low pressure - giving advice but ultimately letting the consumer make the decision. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND. LOVE THE CAR. Be back for our next vehicle! More

He was upfront and honest about the packages that came with the car and whether I really needed them, based on what I had said I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured; David and Moustafa, who took car of financing, spent time getting to know me and making sure I understood the entire buying process and what I was signing up for. He truly just helped me get the car I wanted. I am a young woman and do not know much about cars. it is easy to sell me just about anything. David told me exactly what I was buying and why. He told me things I could buy but wouldn't be beneficial. He was very honest and helpful through the whole process. This is my second car from herb chambers.
