I went in to visit the Herb Chambers BMW/MINI dealer who had this lightly used vehicle. David Lopez could not have been more low pressure and devoid of the "cheesiness" you could get from salespeople. Just pleasant and knowledgeable. David even was brave enough to admit that Acura was not his expertise (since it was a trade-in), but never once even attempted to make-up an answer. David was great. The dealership was comfortable and interactions will super prompt by phone or email. Moustafa was also low pressure - giving advice but ultimately letting the consumer make the decision. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND. LOVE THE CAR. Be back for our next vehicle! More

Best First Car Buying Experience! I was quite nervous buying a new car, it was my first. David made the experience so easy and fun! He was so helpful, answered my many, many questions, I was quite nervous buying a new car, it was my first. David made the experience so easy and fun! He was so helpful, answered my many, many questions, and made me feel at ease. David took the time to show me all the different options that I could get with the mini. He was upfront and honest about the packages that came with the car and whether I really needed them, based on what I had said I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured; David and Moustafa, who took car of financing, spent time getting to know me and making sure I understood the entire buying process and what I was signing up for. They were amazing and I will definitely be going back when it's time for a new car! I could not be happier with my mini and the team at Herb Chambers Mini! More

David sat down and answered them and even sent a few follow up messages. I came back knowing what car I wanted. After test driving it we sat down. David wasn't pushy or over bearing. He truly just helped me get the car I wanted. I am a young woman and do not know much about cars. it is easy to sell me just about anything. David told me exactly what I was buying and why. He told me things I could buy but wouldn't be beneficial. He was very honest and helpful through the whole process. This is my second car from herb chambers. I will continue to buy my cars here and send my friends! David was amazing, personable and went ABOVE and beyond for me!! Couldn't be happier with my experience and my new car!! More

What an easy transaction-and car buying experience! David made it so easy and fun! This is my 2nd MINI with Herb Chamber, so I already know some information about MINI, However, I still needed the sale David made it so easy and fun! This is my 2nd MINI with Herb Chamber, so I already know some information about MINI, However, I still needed the sales persons guidance based on my needs. I came in Saturday evening (about 1.5 hours before showroom closing time, he was patient and stayed late to help me finished up the transaction), by 7 pm, I am the owner to a new MINI Clubman. David is very knowledgeable and he listened to my needs (budget) and wants, and was able to find me a GREAT LOOKING NEW MINI from his current inventory. When I picked up my vehicle on Tuesday, he took the time to showed me the options & amenities my new MINI Clubman has to offer. I have the car for little over a week now, and really enjoy motoring!
