Awesome experience joining the Mini family! I have had my eyes on Mini's for years now and over the past few months really began looking into where I could find one that I wanted, if they were r I have had my eyes on Mini's for years now and over the past few months really began looking into where I could find one that I wanted, if they were really the right fit for me and if a Mini was really going to be in the right price range for my family. I looked at many different dealerships and had actually stayed away from the Boston location because it was a bit more inconvenient for me to get to from where I lived. But when searching online, Herb Chambers of Boston was where I found the most available car's to go look at, so I made an appointment and headed into town. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had in a dealership and it was more because of my dealings with David Lopez than it was the car itself. Don't get me wrong I LOVE the car I purchased (a 2014 certified, pre-owned Countryman AWD), but it was truly working with David that made the experience so much better. As soon as I met David he made me feel comfortable. He was not pushy at all and he really wanted to listen to me and understand what I was looking for. He gave extra attention to not only helping me find a car that I liked, but also one fit with my families needs and in our price range. David made sure to stay right on top of the details whether it was the insurance, registration or financing... He made sure to get back to me all the way through the process and even contacted me to update me during his off time. Due to some holiday delays at the registry, the pick up date for my new ride was going to be delayed; and to put the icing on the cake, David went out of his way to make sue that did not happen. He got all of the paperwork done in time and even took extra time out of his day and brought me the new car himself at my office. He went over every detail of the car in the parking lot of my workplace and made sure that I was happy and ready to drive home with a smile. Then he had to suffer through the traffic back into Boston, while driving my beat up, old Suburu with 150K miles. I love the car I bought and working with David made the process of buying a car as easy, stress free and clean as possible. Once I choose the car, he fixed some minor details in the car including some paint retouching, new tires, rubber mats, etc. He helped me with all the finance application process and papers. Great car, outstanding sales experience I traded a Jeep Wrangler for a 4 door hardtop SE at Herb Chambers Mini The first time I filled the gas tank I was delighted when I calculated the mila I traded a Jeep Wrangler for a 4 door hardtop SE at Herb Chambers Mini The first time I filled the gas tank I was delighted when I calculated the milage. (35 MPG combined!! ) I got about  21 MPG on the Jeep, and it barley had the power to get out of it’s own way. Some other things that I am not used to: Doing sharp curves at 50 MPM, awesome acceleration, excellent breaking, a tight shift pattern, and a comfortable sporty ride. I was concerned about the smaller luggage compartment until I went shopping and found that everything that fit in the Jeep luggage compartment also fit into the Mini. I am still amazed at how small the car looks from the outside, but how roomy it is inside.    I like the gadgets and displays but don’t think that I have discovered all of the features yet. I seem to be finding something new every day. The onboard manual is a great innovation, and is very useful.     My Motoring Advisor, David Lopez arranged to have my window mounted radar detector hardwired to the ignition. The dealership uses Sound in Motion, located nearby, to do jobs like this. They did a terrific wiring job job. The detector works great, and looks like something that was installed from the factory. The built in detector GPS works better than it did in the Jeep because the curvature of the windshield gives the antenna a clearer view of the sky. I was taking  a curve at about 20 MPH over the speed limit, the radar detector went off, and I was able to slow down in time for the cop on the other side. The detector paid for itself again. Thanks to David, I saved time and money on the installation.   David Lopez provided an outstanding sales experience. I appreciate that he took the time for two test drives. Based on prior research, I was most interested in the Countryman when I walked in, but then, I test drove the hardtop. :-) I wanted what seems to be an unpopular option set; standard transmission and NAV system. David was able to search multiple inventories to find me the exact car that I wanted. I had to wait several weeks to get it, but it was well worth the wait. Also, David kept me informed throughout the delivery process. What I liked best about the sales experience was all of the time that David spent with me on delivery day going over features of the new car. I have not had that kind of experience with any other dealer, and I have bought a few new cars in my day. More

Awesome Dealership My wife and I have been buying cars for over 50 years and our experience at Herb Cambers Mini has been without question the best car buying experience My wife and I have been buying cars for over 50 years and our experience at Herb Cambers Mini has been without question the best car buying experience we have ever had. Both David Lopez who introduced us to our choices and explained the details of each and Mustafa Hamouda who explained the paperwork information and warrantee options. Since we were from New Hampshire buying a car in Massachusetts, there were some complications involving registrations and again licensing but David and Moustafa handled them far better and more efficiently than any other dealership we have dealt with in the past. We would definitely buy another car from Herd Chambers and would certainly recommend the dealership to anyone we know who is buying a car. In summary, if I could rate the dealership and staff 5+ I would do so. More
