Took possession of my brand new 2024, Kia telluride, and on the way home the vehicle was acting radically with cruise control, and ability to accelerate. Service advisor Jason Rapp was very helpful and worked hard to get the problem resolved but after five days and two trips back, they replaced the instrument cluster to correct the problem. Not the experience I wanted after purchasing a brand new vehicle. Made everyone aware that the vehicle was to be registered in Decatur, Alabama and as of this date motor vehicle department does not have the paperwork I need to register the vehicle after making a wasted trip to try and complete this. Temporary license plate expires on the 28th of this month and I’m being told there will be fees when finally done and should have been included and paid in the final lease payment agreement. Still do not know how and when this registration will be completed . More

I have had no dealing with the service department? I explained that this was to be my last forever car due to my age and retirement. So the salesman really could have gotten me into a vehicle th I explained that this was to be my last forever car due to my age and retirement. So the salesman really could have gotten me into a vehicle that would last at least 1 year. The car really is a lemon. Everything has gone wrong with it. Also I was sold a car that has manual transmission paddles behind the steering wheel, which according to my ins agent, turns it into a sports car. Making my ins higher then the car payments! Really? At 63 I just wanted a long lasting car, Never asked for a sports car lol. More

This dealership refused to do the process for a lease end buy out. KIA financial said your closest KIA dealership can do the process. This dealer would only help if it was beneficial to them trying to force buy out. KIA financial said your closest KIA dealership can do the process. The salesperson told me that the general manager was the one who came up with this rule. Claiming that it held no benefit for the dealer to complete this process unless it turned into a sale… This is a sale! A sale from a lease into a purchase. The complete purchase of the rest of my contracted agreement. Also they took our information and without proper explanation or consent, ran our credit without any written document application or signature. Very sketchy business and sales tactics are being used here. STAY AWAY!! More

The dealership was very charming during the sale/lease, but when we came back to pick up our check that we were told would be ready on Friday the 13th. We were told that the check had been cut but not sign but when we came back to pick up our check that we were told would be ready on Friday the 13th. We were told that the check had been cut but not signed by the manager who was not going to be in for an hour. Then after waiting for a response we were told that the check could not be signed because Kia had not funded it for signature. We followed up with Kia and were told that we were not in the system because the sale had not been entered yet. Typical Florida! You hardly ever live by your word to fulfill your promises. More
