kyle, david, and shane were attentive and helped me along the while on site, though they pressure you into writing a review by having you do it while physically sitting in the car while they show you the fea the while on site, though they pressure you into writing a review by having you do it while physically sitting in the car while they show you the features after the transaction they didn't inform me i needed to submit more documents to the agency they used to get my out of state plates, i had to call and figure it out myself after waiting 3 weeks for the plates to arrive, after i got all the appropriate docs i sent it to them but never heard anything, kyle disappeared and didn't return phone calls or emails about whether things were moving along or if I had submitted everything correctly, just some general comms would've been nice took almost 3 months since purchase to get my OOS plates no other complaints with the transaction itself More
