Everyone that I came in contact with (Bob Howard, John Webler, and David) were very professional and helpful. Lake Chevrolet appears to truly care about their customer experience. I purchased a 2019 GMC S Webler, and David) were very professional and helpful. Lake Chevrolet appears to truly care about their customer experience. I purchased a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation (used) from Lake Chevrolet and am overall satisfied with my purchase. There were some issues that came up with the truck, however, Lake Chevrolet was quick to respond to me and to attempt to make it right. Overall I'm not impressed with the durability/reliability from the GMC product, but that doesn't reflect the experience I have had with Lake Chevrolet. I can say that Lake Chevrolet could do a better job at checking over a vehicle prior to sale (all of the issues I had with my vehicle could/should have been caught prior to sale, as most were blatant and simple issues), but I'm not sure that any dealership is doing it better. I would purchase another vehicle from them, and I would be more than happy to work with the same people over again. More
