We were recommended to Dave from Troy Bettenhausen. Dave was very helpful trying to find what we wanted. We went to the Auto Show and was told that the 2013 and some 2012 Chargers were out there with Hemi was very helpful trying to find what we wanted. We went to the Auto Show and was told that the 2013 and some 2012 Chargers were out there with Hemi motor and the new 8 speed transmission. We rode in a Chrysler 300 with the Hemi and 8 speed. We were told by the Sale Techs at the auto show it was available and also told by the driver of the Chrysler 300 it was available, only to find out it is not available. Dave and Troy did a lot of calls to find out it is not available yet. Dave took the time with us all day Saturday finding exactly what we wanted in our car. We went for lunch and came back and there was no pressure by Dave to convince us we needed to buy before we walked out that door. We came back after lunch and spent until closing time picking out our car. We put money down on the car and continued to call him all week long with continuous questions. He was very patient and kind dealing with us. Dave had all the financing paperwork ready for us to sign when we came back. The car was cleaned, polished and plates on. He made us feel very special like we were the only customer he had to deal with. This is the third Charger we have bought from them, two used, one new. We would recommend this dealer to our friends and family, which we have had them buy there. This is a very good dealership to find what you want, new or used. More

Went in with wife to shop for new Caravan and worked with David Martinez. Told him we were thinking between two different models and he let us drive both of them for pretty much as long as we needed he told David Martinez. Came back and he showed us the price difference between the two and left it at that. We choose the higher end model by ourselves, and we also asked about the extras like extended warrany as David didnt pressure us at all on them. Gave me more for my trade-in then expected, and also made sure to give us the extra $725 back for a non-dodge trade-in. Very helpful and spent a good deal of time with us explaining the features of our car. Would buy again from them. This is my second caravan from them and would go back again. More

5 Star dealership! Purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Lariat working with David Martinez. Very respectable person, made my wife and I feel very comfortable during the whole process. He made sure our needs were cared for (water coffee, etc...) Answered all our questions we had and if he did not know the answer would reach out to his peers to make sure he had the answer. Went into the lot and looked at several different model trucks on stock and test drove a Lariet Longhorn model. Dave found the model and color that I've had my mind set on, work on the pricing (w/ discounts) ran the numbers. Pricing was in the range we were looking to meet and Dave had the vehicle transferred from the Oak Park Ave location, cleaned and tanked up while we completed the transaction. I recommend Bettenhausen (Tinley Park) because of the no pressured, hurried tactics you get at the other dealers that I converted from Chevy to Dodge. Walked into the dealership on December 31st and met Dave Martinez. We told Dave what we were looking for was a specific 2013 Dodge Durango R/T. Dave let us know they did not have our specific vehicle but Martinez. We told Dave what we were looking for was a specific 2013 Dodge Durango R/T. Dave let us know they did not have our specific vehicle but he would find me one. Dave came back to us with good news that they located 1 out of state. Dave and Gerado Rangel pulled some strings and got us the truck we wanted. When we showed up to finish the deal Dave came in on his day off which was greatly appreciated so he could finish the deal which made us more comfortable.. They washed the truck for us and Dave went over all the details of how the R/T works and we drove off into the sunset in a sweet Red R/T Durango. Thanks Dave and the Gerado for working this deal for us we love it. I will buy from them in the future. No haggle pricing takes all the pressure off that people hate from a car dealerships. More

I have just financed a new 2013 Dodge Dart on December 31,2012. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by a friendly woman at the front desk. I had asked for Mike Sorensen & he was paged directly. Mike 31,2012. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by a friendly woman at the front desk. I had asked for Mike Sorensen & he was paged directly. Mike came up to me, extended his hand & welcomed me. I told him about his mailer & email that I received & that I was invited to trade in my 2004 Dodge Neon for an upgrade or new vehicle. Mike introduced me to David Martinez, who also shook my hand in greeting. We sat at his desk where all three of us discussed my current vehicle, my needs & my finances. Both men worked very patiently & deligently to get me a great trade in value & an excellent financial plan to purchase my 2013 Dodge Dart. David took me for a test drive while I exlained my circumstances. When all was said & done, David & Mike congratulated me on my successful trade & finance. David then had my new car washed & filled with a full tank of gas. Before I left the Dealership, he sat with me in the car & went over all the points on my dashboard. He did not let me drive away without my full knowledge of all the necessary & important features of the car & how to use them safely. Mike Gatz came over to the desk while I was waiting for all the paperwork to be done. He introduced himself & told me that I would love my new Dart. He kept me company & was very knowledgable about the car. These three men were very polite, courteous & professional with their treatment of me as their customer. They also told me to call with any concerns or questions I may have after I left the Dealership. My experience was comfortable & great. You have some amazing people working as your employees at Bettenhausen Dodge. Thank you! More

I bought by previous two minivans at Bettenhausen, so I first looked there when I started shopping for my newest minivan. My service experiences at Bettenhausen have always been positive and the sales exp first looked there when I started shopping for my newest minivan. My service experiences at Bettenhausen have always been positive and the sales experiences also, but this time I thought I would also shop around for price. After some frustrating experiences with other dealers, I found that Bettenhausen was actually offering me the best price available to me. So I returned to buy the van there. Nick Pattenaude my first sales person was patient, helpful, and respectful as we test drove different versions of the van on multiple visits to the dealership. And he was upfront about the final price I would pay. When we finalized the deal with David Martinez, in spite of the late hour near closing time, he took time to make us feel comfortable by providing us beverages as he efficiently guided us through the paperwork and the walkthrough of the van's operating features. In retrospect, I would have saved a lot of trouble if I had omitted the comparison shopping at other dealerships where your time is wasted and you are given the run around, and just stuck with Bettenhausen.
