This was a very pleasant experience shopping at Smythe Volvo even though I purchased a pre-owned Subaru. Bob was very helpful in explaining how my trade-in value was determined. He honored the Costco dis Volvo even though I purchased a pre-owned Subaru. Bob was very helpful in explaining how my trade-in value was determined. He honored the Costco discount as posted through the Costco Auto website. The whole process took a couple of hours and Bob offered drinks as well as snacks.
