This was a very pleasant experience shopping at Smythe Volvo even though I purchased a pre-owned Subaru. Bob was very helpful in explaining how my trade-in value was determined. He honored the Costco dis Volvo even though I purchased a pre-owned Subaru. Bob was very helpful in explaining how my trade-in value was determined. He honored the Costco discount as posted through the Costco Auto website. The whole process took a couple of hours and Bob offered drinks as well as snacks. David went over all of the features of my new Subaru. Overall, a great experience. More

I also dealt with Gary Placona, sales person, for the information needed to get the car. Then David Mensah, delivery specialist, explained everything about the car with such care and made sure I felt comfortable knowing things. He also helped set up certain things, such as: connecting my phone, putting the Volvo app on my phone and how to use it. Then Santiago Piriz, finance manager, was the next person who explained all the paperwork, the added options and the cost. David then showed me back to my car. It is a pleasure working with the people at Smythe Volvo and I would highly recommend them! More
