We met Jack at Suburban Chevrolet back around 2010 and our experience’s with him and the staff have been more then satisfactory it’s been Awesome! No pressure or B.S just help making sure you get what you our experience’s with him and the staff have been more then satisfactory it’s been Awesome! No pressure or B.S just help making sure you get what you want when you want it and at a good time in your life. I’ve even been told when to walk away because it was not a good time for me too purchase.He always makes it as enjoyable and easy as possible. We’ve tried another dealer in the area and were very disappointed once the deal was done and the care afterwards was pathetic.This dealership and Jack are our go to for 12 plus years and will continue for the future. More

DO NOT buy from Suburban Chev in Eden Prairie, MN or get your car repaired from here. They will do whatever they can to void out part warranties whenever they can. Had a brand new PVC valve installed in my your car repaired from here. They will do whatever they can to void out part warranties whenever they can. Had a brand new PVC valve installed in my car and that part's brand new 2 yr warranty was null and voided after only 4 months because a different warranty ran out sooner. Shady as xxxx over there. PLEASE do not trust these guys with anything. Even talked to the GM and the best he could do was give $200 off on a $1775 repair. How generous after you voided a 2 yr warranty after 4 months. I spoke with both David and Tom and they really didnt seem to care that they were scamming me out of a warranty. Doesnt affect them so why would they? Quality people. Their mechanics even put the part in!! Clearly they dont stand behind their work either. DO NOT TRUST WITH ANYTHING. I will never be buying a Chevy again. I hope corporate sees this so they know how this dealership treats customers. More

Your sales team leader Craig is a dishonest and dis respectful person if I have ever met . I have bought 11 trucks and John Pfeifer was my friend who help me build one of my corvettes. I was in Saturday and was wearing a Biden cap, your sales manager made a comment about when I asked for Billy. He then tod me i would see no deal. I went through the process not knowing who this clown was. I received a 500 dollar offer for my trade, and no deal or offer of incentive. I was basically pushed out the door. I called and this Craig the clown answered and I asked for the general manager and he refused to give to me and said this person would be the one to talk to, it was his voicemail and I left a message. When I arrived home I spoke with my attorneys and then we realized the clown put me in his voicemail and was the same rude and unprofessional perso I dealt with. He has violated my civil rights and I and legal team are looking into. I have my 2017 in your service aisle. The engine had a failure and I had taken to your dealership because I have I’ve 20 years of history with Suburban. I am concerned how my truck will be handled, I had always purchased a 100k warranty at the urging of John. But Austin who is professional and on top of giving good customer support tole me my truck was still under the factory power train warranty. Honesty and integrity which has clearly been lost in your sales department. Michael More
