I started out as customer at Michaud Mitsubishi and liked the Mitsubishi product and the dealership so much that I decided to leave a sales career in High Tech to sell these great vehicles because of the value, safety and reliability. I also enjoy the environment of the family owned dealership and fact that customers are truly treated as more than just another number. Professional & Courteous I dread buying a new car for many reasons, pushy salesmen, not willing to work with you, extremely long process. I have to say I experienced non of the above at this dealership. Everyone there was extremely welcoming, willing to help, informative, and understanding. Dave Moretti made this grueling process an easy one! He made himself available whenever, had answers to all of my questions. He wasn't pushy, he really worked with me and did so quickly! I would definitely send my friends and family to this dealership because of the great experience I had here. More
