FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to express my appreciation to your dealership for the wonderful experience I had. Michelle and Nick went way overboard to make sure I ha I would like to express my appreciation to your dealership for the wonderful experience I had. Michelle and Nick went way overboard to make sure I had a great experience in purchasing the 300S. They explained everything I needed to know about the car. Nick was super helpful when we went for a test drive. I asked him to drive as I did not know that area very well. He went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb when he showed me the car and when I picked it up. Victor was very helpful in helping me choose the warranty that was best for me. I have never been at a dealership where I have seen such team effort. This says a lot for your dealership. That is why your dealership is full of customers because they feel like they are being taken care of and appreciate all the knowledge you provide them with. I will say this, I always feel welcome when visiting Louisville infiniti. If my visit is for sales or service their staff is well trained and I always get very best experience. I can buy a car anywhere but I want to do business with a company that has local ownership and truly values the relationship between customer dealership. This is what I get from Louisville Infiniti. I had the pleasure of working with David Murphy, General Manger, and Natalie Parrish, Infiniti Brand Specialist. Both of them were super helpful and extremely kind. Being from Dayton, Ohio, it was difficult for us to make the trip down to Louisville, but this was no problem. All interactions were taken care of over the phone, via e-mail, and (even more impressively) via text message. I was super impressed at the efficiency of buying a car via text message. Not only that, Infiniti of Louisville went out of their way to make my experience easier by sending easy-to-understand pricing and working with me to get the best deal. Additionally, Louisville offers a very competitive Lifetime Warranty!
