They say the car came with a 36mile 3 yr warranty as if they were paying for it. Even averaged it in my monthly payments without me noticing it. I accidentally left some things in my old car they said they would get for me… their answer when I asked where it was later… “I forgot. I guess they wouldn’t have forgotten if I hadn’t signed the paperwork on the newer car. It has been less than a month and am still thinking of call the BBB and filing a report with them about the way they do business. How they managed to get Times Year award I will never know. More
