Awful place. Don’t ever bring your car there for service!! They say the car came with a 36mile 3 yr warranty as if they were paying for it. Even averaged it in my monthly payments without me noticing it. Nope, found out they don’t after I signed the paperwork… whi they were paying for it. Even averaged it in my monthly payments without me noticing it. Nope, found out they don’t after I signed the paperwork… which the manager who rushed me through the paperwork never said it was optional. I will never buy a car from them again! I accidentally left some things in my old car they said they would get for me… their answer when I asked where it was later… “I forgot. I guess they wouldn’t have forgotten if I hadn’t signed the paperwork on the newer car. It has been less than a month and am still thinking of call the BBB and filing a report with them about the way they do business. How they managed to get Times Year award I will never know. More
