Friendly and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle. The process was seamless. Even though it was the end of the night, they took their time to explain. However, I was disappointed that buy a vehicle. The process was seamless. Even though it was the end of the night, they took their time to explain. However, I was disappointed that I was led to believe that the car wasn't sold as is and I would be able to get it fixed since it was involved in a fender bender prior to purchase that wasnt fixed properly. When I tried to address it I was told that the car is sold as is even though it is considered a certified used vehicle. Since i purchased the car at night, i didnt see the poor work until the next day. I addressed it right away but couldnt get in until after the 3 days. Once i did come in I was told i could go get it fixed. Unacceptable. More
