Great dealership and Dave Palmer helped me over the internet and then through out the entire deal he was most helpful, I drove from Mobile, Al to Johnson City, TN just to buy a truck from Dave Palmer a internet and then through out the entire deal he was most helpful, I drove from Mobile, Al to Johnson City, TN just to buy a truck from Dave Palmer at this dealership. Very good deal if you can catch them. Great sales staff as well. They are clear with any info on a used vehicle. But do not pay up front. It seems the detailing department doesn't like to do a good job as well. They are clear with any info on a used vehicle. But do not pay up front. It seems the detailing department doesn't like to do a good job when a used vehicle is already paid for. Sent it back the first time I saw it and they did only the obvious things I pointed out. Never detailed under the hood, under gas cap, in vents, storage areas or seat crevices. Did not shampoo seats or clean head liner. Since this vehicle had been used by the service department it had plenty of dirty surfaces that still needed cleaning once I took it home. More

After a ton of research my wife and I decided on Cadillac for our next Vehicle. My wife is a perfectionist and expects full attention when spending our hard earned money so the search was on for a dealership for our next Vehicle. My wife is a perfectionist and expects full attention when spending our hard earned money so the search was on for a dealership with a salesman that would take care of us. After visiting many dealerships in the tri-city area we settled on Champion Cadillac. Upon choosing our vehicle of choice on the internet we were introduced to David Palmer. This was going to be an experience as my wife managed to develop a Migraine headache on the way to the dealership. David did not push but was there every step of the way to insure all of our questions were answered. He allowed us to drive several vehicles so we could make up our mind. David made the whole experience absolutely pleasurable. We left with exactly what we were looking for and at a better price then what we were hoping for. I have purchased 20+ brand new Vehicles in my time and have never had a better experience then the experience at Champion Chevrolet with David Palmer. I have been telling all of my friends and family about Champion Chevrolet and Mr. Palmer. I am looking forward to the Service that I get when it is time to have my new Vehicle serviced. More

I called about a truck that I saw on the internet and spoke to Dave Palmer He made shure it was still available and asked when I would like test drive it. I told David it would be the next day before noon, but I was not able to be there until later that afternoon. I called and told Dave about my delay he was very pleasant and said that would be fine. My wife and I were greated with a smile and we drove the truck. After further inspection of the vehicle we sat down with Dave to see if we could work out a purchase. A short time later we were on our way home with the truck that we wanted. The next day I had a question about the taxes on the invoice so I called Lynn and he very pleasantly explained the taxes to me. My experience at Champion was a very pleasant one. This was the quickest I have ever bought a vehicle. I called Lynn in the financial dept Saturday morning around 9, explaining my situation. To all the folks at champion,I was greeted and treated very well. Ive had a few run ins with not to good as car dealers.That when you left you had to back out the door, if you get my drift. So Ive stayed very well. Ive had a few run ins with not to good as car dealers.That when you left you had to back out the door, if you get my drift. So Ive stayed away from big dealers until now. Ive shopped for 2 months,and did some reaserch and believe that I got a pretty good deal on a colbolt,even with 2 previous owners. So I left happy and had to do some small follow up and basic maintance with no resistence. So the deal and after the deal was done I was very pleased and will come back soon and tell my friends and family about this down home dealer ship. We drove 3 hours in bad weather to purchase a vehicle that was on-line. Mr. Palmer answered all my questions and I think the price was fair.
